Our services are suitable for people who:
• live with chronic health conditions
• experience ongoing pain or injury
• have been referred by their GP
• hold a DVA Gold or White Card
• are NDIS participants
• are recovering from a workplace injury
• want professional guidance to safely regain strength and confidence
Note: Private Health funds accepted. Check with your provider if available.

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY

WOMEN'S HEALTH & CLINICAL PILATES
Exercise programs designed to support women through different stages of life.
Our women’s health approach focuses on safe and progressive strengthening, core stability and pelvic health awareness.
Services may include:
• pelvic health aware exercise
• post-natal return to exercise
• clinical Pilates programs
• strength and stability training
STRONG & STABLE 65+
Strength and balance programs designed to help adults aged 65+ maintain independence, mobility and confidence.
The Strong & Stable program focuses on improving strength, balance and movement confidence to reduce falls risk and support healthy ageing.
This program may be delivered:
• in our clinic
• in your home
• through Home Care Packages
HOME CARE PACKAGE EXERCISE
Foundation Allied Health provides exercise physiology services under Home Care Packages to help older adults remain strong, mobile and independent.
Exercise programs may support:
• strength and balance
• falls prevention
• mobility improvement
• maintaining independence at home
Sessions may be delivered in clinic or in the client’s home depending on needs.
NEUROLOGICAL PROGRAMS
Foundation Allied Health offers structured exercise programs designed to support people living with neurological conditions. These programs focus on improving strength, mobility, balance and confidence through safe, professionally supervised training. Our goal is to help participants maintain independence and physical capacity in everyday life.
