Foundation Allied Health is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Wentworth Falls, Bullaburra, Lawson, Hazelbrook, Linden, Faulconbridge, and Springwood residents through tailored allied health services. Our experienced team of exercise physiologists, exercise scientist and allied health assistants, work together to provide specialised exercise treatments designed to improve mobility, strength, function and overall health, with specialised support for those managing diabetes, obesity, pain, and other chronic health conditions, such as cardiovascular health, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and injury recovery. By aligning our services with each person’s unique goals, we help them pursue greater autonomy, goal setting and planning, to thrive in every aspect of life.
