Train Smarter. Stay Strong. Keep Moving.

Get back to moving with confidence. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists design individually prescribed exercise programs to help you manage injury, chronic health conditions, and improve long-term strength and function

What Is Exercise Physiology?

Exercise Physiology is an allied health profession that uses evidence-based exercise as medicine — prescribed specifically for your body, your condition, and your goals.

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) is university-qualified to assess your movement, health history and physical capacity, then design a program that safely and effectively improves your strength, function and quality of life.

Unlike general personal training, Exercise Physiology is a recognised allied health service, meaning it can be accessed through Medicare, DVA, NDIS, WorkCover, and private health insurance rebates.

You get expert programming, professional supervision and a focused training environment, without the chaos.

Who Exercise Physiology Can Help

Our Exercise Physiologists work with people who are:

- Recovering from injury, surgery or illness
- Living with a chronic health condition (e.g. diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, Parkinson's)
- Managing pain or reduced mobility
- Wanting to safely return to exercise after time away
- Concerned about falls, balance or losing independence as they age
- Referred by their GP, specialist or physiotherapist for structured exercise
- Looking for professional guidance to exercise safely and effectively

You don't need to be an existing gym-goer, and you don't need to already know what to do — that's exactly what we help with.

ASSESS → PROGRAM → TRAIN → PROGRESS

What A Program Involves

1. Initial Assessment
Your journey starts with a one-on-one assessment with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. We look at your medical history, current physical capacity, goals, and any relevant referrals or reports.

2. Individualised Exercise Program
Based on your assessment, we build a program specific to you — whether that's rebuilding strength after injury, managing a chronic condition, improving balance, or general conditioning.

3. Supervised Sessions
Sessions take place in our professional, semi-private clinic in Lawson, with expert supervision and progression as your strength and confidence improve.
