Individualised strength training delivered in a professional, semi-private environment.
Train with purpose, guidance, and clear progression.
What Makes Strong & Stable Different

Unlike general fitness classes, Strong & Stable is delivered within an Allied Health strength clinic where exercise is prescribed with purpose.
Your program is designed to improve:
• Muscle strength
• Balance and stability
• Walking ability
• Joint mobility
• Confidence in movement
Exercises use progressive resistance training, meaning the program gradually increases load through repetitions, sets, or resistance so your muscles continue to adapt and get stronger.
We incorporate concentric, eccentric and isometric muscle contractions to strengthen the whole body and target areas important for maintaining independence.
