FAH Strong Start - Kids (5+)

 

This fun, movement-based fitness class is designed to help kids build confidence, coordination, and strength in a supportive and playful environment. Led by a trainer experienced in working with children, each session blends functional movement, balance skills, teamwork activities, and age-appropriate strength exercises to help kids develop a healthy relationship with exercise. Through games, challenges, and skill-building drills, children learn how their bodies move, improve motor skills, and gain the foundations needed for long-term physical wellbeing. This class is welcoming to all abilities and encourages every child to go at their own pace, celebrate their wins, and feel proud of what their body can do. Strong Start helps kids feel capable, confident, and energised, while having a great time moving their bodies.

Thursday Timetable – 45-Minute Classes

 

🕟 4:30pm – Strong Start (Kids 14 & Under): 

We focus on how to lift correctly and safely, gymnastic  style and tarzan skills,   building the ninja warrior inside and out with agility, balance, and coordination that will give them an edge in their chosen sports.
