Job Title: Casual Physiotherapist

Foundation Allied Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Casual Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Casual Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients across NDIS, Medicare, Private Health, and DVA as well as sports musculoskeletal.

Responsibility:

* Assess and diagnose patients' physical conditions and develop treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
* Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to patients and their families
* Conduct thorough assessments, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations
* Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, taking into account patients' goals, needs, and limitations
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
* Deliver care needs in our clinic, local community facilities and patients homes.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
* 2 years of experience as a registered physiotherapist
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Police check, and Working with children check
* Licence and own transport
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills

Desired Qualifications:

* Postgraduate qualifications in a specialised area of physiotherapy (e.g., sports, musculoskeletal, neurological)
* Experience working in a similar setting (e.g., private practice, hospital, rehabilitation center)
* Certification in specialized techniques or modalities (e.g., dry needling, Pilates)
