60-Minute Sessions

 

Our recommended starting point for most people.

A 60-minute session allows enough time to warm up properly, complete key strength and movement work, and build progress safely and effectively.

45-Minute Sessions

 

A shorter option for those who prefer a more time-efficient format or who are progressing into a maintenance or consistency phase.

45-minute sessions can work very well when the structure is right, and we can help guide you on whether this suits your goals.

Buddy Personal Training

 

Buddy training allows two people to train together in the same session while still receiving professional guidance and individualised adjustments.

 

This option is well suited to friends, partners, spouses, or family members who want to support each other while training in a clinically guided environment.

 

Buddy training offers:

Step 2: Initial Assessment (60 minutes)

If personal training is the right fit, we begin with an initial assessment to understand your history, movement, current capacity, and goals.

This gives us the information we need to create a clear and appropriate plan.

 

Step 3: Ongoing Training

From there, you can continue with 1-on-1 or buddy personal training, with each session guided, progressed, and tailored to your needs.

 

Step 4: Build Confidence and Capacity
