FUNCTIONAL FITNESS GROUP CLASSES -
$20/Per person (maximum 10 peple per class)

No matter your age, stage of life, or ability, our group fitness classes are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live healthier. From FAH Strong Start (kids 14 & under), building confidence through fun and movement, to FAH Move Strong (adults 15+), boosting real-life strength and performance, to our dedicated Women’s Functional Fitness sessions that support women in building strength, confidence, and sustainable movement habits, and FAH Strong & Stable (older adults), improving balance, mobility, and independence. Each class focuses on functional strength, balance, and fitness, helping you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best, whether that’s in sport, everyday life, or staying active as you age. Train with purpose, progress with others, and discover how strong you can become.

Tuesday Timetable – 45-Minute Classes

FAH Strong Start - Kids (age 14 & under)

 

This fun, movement-based fitness class is designed to help kids build confidence, coordination, and strength in a supportive and playful environment. Led by a trainer experienced in working with children, each session blends functional movement, balance skills, teamwork activities, and age-appropriate strength exercises to help kids develop a healthy relationship with exercise. Through games, challenges, and skill-building drills, children learn how their bodies move, improve motor skills, and gain the foundations needed for long-term physical wellbeing. This class is welcoming to all abilities and encourages every child to go at their own pace, celebrate their wins, and feel proud of what their body can do. Strong Start helps kids feel capable, confident, and energised, while having a great time moving their bodies.

FAH Move Strong – Adults (age 15+)

 

This dynamic strength-focused class is designed for adults of all fitness levels who want to build real, functional strength that supports everyday movement and long-term health. Led by an experienced trainer, each session incorporates purposeful strength training, mobility work, and conditioning that helps you lift better, move more efficiently, and feel stronger in your daily life. Whether you are picking up kids, doing physical work, or simply wanting to feel more capable and energised, Move Strong gives you the tools to improve your power, stability, and overall fitness. With a welcoming, supportive atmosphere and a focus on correct technique, you will challenge yourself safely, progress at your own pace, and build the confidence that comes from feeling strong in both body and mind. FAH Womens Functional Fitness – Adults (age 15+)

 

This fitness class is designed for women of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels who want to feel stronger, and to be more confident and energised. Led by an experienced female trainer, this supportive small-group class combines strength, mobility, and cardio in a way that helps you lose weight, tone muscle, and improve your everyday movement. Each session is just 45 minutes, perfectly timed so you can prioritise your health and still make it to school pickup. Whether you’re looking to start your fitness journey or build on your current routine, this class is tailored to help you move well, feel great, and connect with others on the same path. Join us and make fitness a fun and empowering part of your week.

FAH Strong & Stable - Older Adults

 

This gentle, strength-based fitness class is designed specifically for older adults who want to stay active, improve balance, and maintain confidence in their everyday movement. With a focus on safety, stability, and functional strength, each session includes low-impact exercises, balance training, mobility work, and light resistance movements tailored to your ability level. Led by a patient and experienced trainer, the class provides a supportive environment where you can build strength at your own pace, reduce the risk of falls, and improve coordination and joint mobility. Whether you are looking to stay independent, keep up with grandchildren, or simply feel steadier on your feet, Strong & Stable helps you move comfortably, confidently, and with renewed energy. PERSONAL TRAINING

Prefer one-on-one support? Our Personal Training sessions are fully tailored to your needs, goals, and fitness level. You will work privately with a qualified trainer who will design a program that fits your lifestyle, whether you are aiming to build strength, recover from injury, improve balance, or simply move with more confidence. Our private sessions offer a safe, comfortable environment where you can focus entirely on your movement, your pace, and your progress.

 

Each session provides:

  • Personalised assessment and goal setting

  • A customised exercise plan tailored to your body and goals

  • Technique guidance and motivation every step of the way

  • Progress tracking and support to keep you accountable

Train one-on-one with our experienced team for a fully personalised experience, or bring a friend for a 2-on-1 session and enjoy the motivation (and savings!) of working out together. Whether your goal is weight loss, building strength, improving fitness, or performing better in your sport or daily activities, our trainers will tailor every session to your needs.   • $89.25 / 60-minute session (1 person) - 45-minute sessions also available on request

  • $124.95 / 60-minute session (2 people training together) - 45 minutes also available on request

  • Train alongside a friend for extra motivation and fun while still getting personalised coaching and support.
