FUNCTIONAL FITNESS GROUP CLASSES -
$20/Per person (maximum 10 peple per class)
No matter your age or ability, our group fitness classes are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live healthier. From FAH Strong Start (kids 14 & under), building confidence through fun and movement, to FAH Move Strong (adults 15+), boosting real-life strength and performance, and FAH Strong & Stable (older adults), improving balance, mobility, and confidence. Each session focuses on functional strength, balance, and fitness, helping you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best, whether that’s in sport, everyday life, or maintaining independence as you age. Train with purpose, progress with others, and discover how strong you can become.
FAH Strong Start - Kids (age 14 & under)
Build confidence, coordination, and strength through fun, movement, and play, helping kids develop the foundations for a lifetime of activity.


FAH Move Strong – Adults (age 15+)
Challenge yourself with functional strength training that builds power, fitness, and resilience for real life movement everyday performance.


FAH Strong & Stable - Older Adults
Improve balance, stability, and strength to stay active, prevent falls and keep doing the things you love with expert guidance and support.


PERSONAL TRAINING
Prefer one-on-one support? Our Personal Training sessions are fully tailored to your needs, goals, and fitness level. You will work privately with a qualified trainer who will design a program that fits your lifestyle, whether you are aiming to build strength, recover from injury, improve balance, or simply move with more confidence. Our private sessions offer a safe, comfortable environment where you can focus entirely on your movement, your pace, and your progress.
